We interacted with each other weekly when she was assigned to a patient. Kristina provided compassionate companionship to patients and families. She gave respite to a patient's son for over eight months so he himself could get chemo therapy. Kristina empathized with what the son was going through, applied her listening skills, and did chores. Throughout all of her assignments, she demonstrated excellent work ethics, very committed and reliable, reporting to me and turning in all documentations in a timely manner. She has given 104 hours to this date. Kristina is a friendly, outgoing, caring, and trustworthy person. I would highly recommend her. She will be a great asset to your company.
