As students get ready, ask them to answer the first


problem on the board. (colour in a square)
We are going to continue talking about data, and we
will make a question for your bar graph that your
classmates have to answer!

Create your own problem for your word problem.
1. Get problem sheet from 1 of 4 location in the
room. With your desk partner for help, you can
each create a problem for you bar graph.
2. Ensure students have their bar graph in front of
them so they can use it to guide them.
3. Ask students to ask questions that require other
to look at their graph.
Set a 5 min timer after it goes, we will have a teacher
selected gonoodle
