Donald Trump

Donald Trump was born on June 14, 1946, in Queens, New York. Donald Trump was the
fourth of five children birthed from the parents of Fred and Macleod Trump. When Donald Trump
was a small child, his parents assertive and energetic attitudes rubbed off on Donald making him
a also very assertive child. At the age of 13 Frederick Trump sent Donald Trump to the New York
Military Academy so that perhaps his energetic personality would be directed in a positive way.
This operation was very successful! By the time Donald came out of the Military academy, he
was not only the top of his class socially and academically, but he was also a star student athlete!
Donald Trump was also a class leader and was very skilled in the manner of leadership with his,
what he described, as colleagues.
Donald Trump was a very exquisite man with very fine skills and a hard strive for success.
This one-of-a-kind motivation led Donald to graduate from the NYMA in 1964 with amazing
grades and amazing charisma; everyone loved Donald Trump! From the NYMA, Donald
transferred over to Fordham University to study and learn finance and economics. Two years later
Donald transferred to the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania. Trump
then studied there for another two years and graduated in 1968 with a degree in economics.
A few years preceded Trump and he decided officially to go into the market of Real Estate,
Trump was seemingly highly influenced by his father who was also in the Real Estate market as a
property manager and developer of middle-class apartments and properties of Staten Island,
Brooklyn, and Queens. Donald Trump with his newer career in Real Estate had made the decision
to join his fathers business Elizabeth Trump & Son. Trump remained at this business until 1971
in which he was given complete control over the company and renamed the firm the Trump
Organization. With Trumps advancing success in the booming real estate industry, Donald
moved his residence to Manhattan where he made firm connections with several very important
people and corporations, which is always a good thing.
Trumps first large business deal was made to build a city convention center to be
controversially named either after the Trump family or Senator Jacob Javits. Towards the end of

the bidding of the property, the Trump family city center was turned down making the center
ultimately called the Senator Jacob Javits City Convention Center.
Trumps success never failed to amaze, as in 1974, Donald Trump obtained an opportunity
one of Penn Centrals hotels which would be a pop in revenue for the infamous Mr. Trump. This
new opportunity would provide stable income revenue due to its perfect location adjacent to the
Grand Central Station; within the next year partnering with Hyatt Hotel Corporation. Trump then
further progressed his success with two new building sites, making a net worth of 570 million
dollars.
To this day, Donald Trump is a very successful entrepreneur, accommodating his work
schedule with his social life. In 1977, Donald married a fashion model known as Ivana
Zelnickova Winklmayr. This marriage lasted very strong until the year 1991 which withdrew a
divorce. This particular divorce attracted lots of publicity and attention to the Trumps in general
which stunted his growth in his organization in which also tarnished Trumps overall reputation.
This divorce was very covered by the media up until 1993 when he married an actress named
Marla Maples. This marriage lasted until 1999 which brought the official divorce papers to rest.
Trump has had no luck withholding a stable marriage until January, 2005 which he then married
again to model Melania Knauss, leading to the birth of Trumps fifth son Barron William Trump
in 2006.
