Please remember your training plan must be included both initially and then every time
there after that you change the plan. If it is same basic lifts or same basic cardio with no
change other than sets/reps or time then no new plan should be included. However,
plan should change significantly approximately every four weeks if workouts have been
consistent.

Reflection of workout: I have concern about the clients heart rate. I will repeat for
the same workout Wednesday and measure heart rates again. The clients target
heart rate would be 60-80% of 200 bpm. The client was not exhausted during the
workout and can talk when asked what the heart rate was. I have been advised to
get a referral to the Student Health Center if Heart Rate readings continue to come
in as high as these. She did say that she had partied Sunday night and drink
caffeine (coffee) in the morning.

The clients heart rate was normal today. This brings up the question of caffeine &
alcohol the night before. The cllient and I will start watching the clients drink
consumption the evening and morning before working out. Meantime we will continue
measuring Heart rates.
