Dear Honorable Bag-ao,
Greetings!
The 12 Day Care Center of San Jose has catered various services
especially to the future molders of our generation. Recently, we have just
upgraded our facilities in order to further give quality early childhood
education for our children in the barangay in partnership with the
Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD). However, we
have encountered matters which oftentimes hinder our efficiency as
regards to administrative mobilization.
One of which is the preparation of updated reporting system and sending
out reports online which is nowadays has becoming a trend. We had
experienced difficulties in accessing to computers for we have limited
units that can be used in our respective barangays and that the barangay
cannot provide such for we have financial setback this time.
In line with the above matters presented, we are asking for your genial
support for the provision of 12 units of laptop computers which we
consider an essential tool to help attain our aspired output and to serve
more of our constituencies in the barangay.
