It gives me an immense pleasure in presenting to you the proceeding of the national

seminar Emerging Trends in Manufacturing & Automation Engineering (NSMAE2015). There are six sections that represent focused but broad spectrum of an
Engineering Researches: manufacturing, design, total quality system, thermal
engineering, materials and automation engineering.
It is the culmination of the research work from the luminaries of the academic world.
The speakers and scholars have provided greater insight into the domain of
manufacturing and automation engineering.
The proceeding of this seminar
included research papers form the scholars, researchers from academia, Research &
Development establishments, and industries. The quality of the papers has been
ascertained by blind and peer review process, and ninety seven papers were
selected out of one hundred out of fifty nine .
The NSMAE 2015 would not have been successful without the unconditional
support of Founder President Dr. Ashok K. Chauhan and Chairman, Amity University
Madhya Pradesh, Dr. Aseem K. Chauhan and Chancellor Amity University Madhya
Pradesh Dr. Sunil Saran, Vice Chancellor, Amity University Madhya Pradesh, Lt. Gen
V.K. Sharma, AVSM (Retd.) and Pro-Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) M.P. Kaushik. They
have given valuable inputs and guided us in every possible manner to bring out this
booklet. My sincere gratitude to the visionary leaders of AUMP. I wish to express my
gratitude to the dedicate team of faculty members of Mechanical & Automation
Engineering, who took extra pain in formulating and execution of this seminar. The
Team of Director Administration and Director ASCO and also the student
coordinators are not to be left behind in my word of appreciation for their hard work
and tireless efforts.
We are indeed indebted to them last, but not the least, we once again express our
gratitude to all the authors who have contributed very high quality papers which are
reproduced in this document.
