INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB) NO. 2015-14
PORTICO AND TRELLIS REPAIRS
Huntsville Housing Authority (HHA) is issuing an Invitation for Bids (IFB) to interested, qualified contractors to
provide labor, materials, and equipment for portico and trellis repairs.
A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for January 12, 2016, at 10:00 A.M. CST at HHAs Northwood Housing
Development, located at 1402 Yukon Street, Huntsville, Alabama 35801.
Separate, sealed bids to provide this service will be received at 200 Washington Street, Huntsville, Alabama
35801 until 2:00 P.M. CST, February 4, 2016. Bid documents are available by downloading from HHAs website,
www.huntsvillehousing.org (click Work with us > Contracting & Procurement).
HHA reserves the right to reject any/or all bids, make the determination as to what is equal to the specifications,
or to waive any informality in the bids received, and to accept any proposal, which, in its opinion, may be in the best
interest of HHA.
