HUBUNGAN DERAJAT PARASITEMIA DENGAN KENAIKAN KADAR SGOT PADA
PASIEN MALARIA DI PUSKESMAS HANURA KABUPATEN PESAWARAN TAHUN 2015

ABSTRAK
Latar belakang: Pada saat ini malaria merupakan salah satu jenis penyakit yang mematikan
dimana berdasarkan taksiran WHO sekitar 300-400 juta orang di dunia terinfeksi malaria setiap
tahun dan menyebabkan kematian pada 2,7 juta orang. Di Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara
endemik malaria karena 60% penduduk Indonesia tinggal di daerah malaria dan menyebabkan
kematian pada 15 juta penderita setiap tahunnya.
Metode: Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode analitik observasional dengan pendekatan studi
cross sectional. Subjek penelitian ini sebanyak 50 orang yang diperoleh dari Puskesmas Hanura
Kabupaten Pesawaran.
Hasil: Responden penyakit malaria yang status derajat parasitemia ringan, sedang, maupun berat
dengan mengalami kenaikan kadar SGOT mencapai 26% dari seluruh responden, dan dari hasil
uji statistik Chi-Square diperoleh p-value = 0,001 (p-value < α).
Simpulan: terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara derjat parasitemia dengan kenaikan kadar
SGOT.
Kata kunci: Derajat parasitemia, kadar SGOT.
