day to realize that sometimes things
can go wrong.
Problems can occur and, in 2015,
Press on Your Side saw plenty of them.

Old electric bills were charged to the wrong person. Residents had troubles with appliance warranties
and a home warranty company. One reader was
charged for a dating service he never joined, while
another couldnt get his money back for a simple
purchase: an electric toothbrush. Transferring an
individual retirement account and closing a small
savings account at a bank was trouble for one Lacey
resident.
