The recording looks like Jason would have great rapport with his students. His
approach to teaching seems very laid back and helpful. I believe students would
feel comfortable asking him questions and for clarification.
Based on this presentation, what do you consider to be this instructors strengths?
Jason structured the power points very well. He had an overview slide to let
students know what information would be covered (i.e. the differences between
Organizational psychology vs. Organizational Behavioral Psychology). The slides
greatly enhance the information that is presented verbally.

Based on this presentation, what do you consider to be this instructors


weaknesses?
Jason does an excellent job with the presentation. The only area that could be
improved on is the number of vocal space fillers such as ums. The pauses are great
to allow students to process the information that is being presented.

Describe the students response to the instructor.


Since this was a recorded presentation, it is impossible to say how the students
responded to Jasons presentation. I believe that most students would respond very
well because Jasons presentation really clarifies the differences within the subfields.
Describe the instructors mannerisms (positive and negative) when presenting
information.
Jasons mannerisms are very appropriate. He does move his hands while explaining
the concepts. This allows more nonverbal enthusiasm to be conveyed to students.

Additional comments you have for the instructor.


Jason has a lot of knowledge within the I/O field. He is a great instructor as well as
Graduate student. His real world experiences will greatly help him as he advances
his career!!
