DECLARATION OF HONOUR

I, the undersigned [Afzaal, Sohaib], hereby certify and declare on my honour that:
1. I am national of one of the eligible Countries within the project;
2. I have not lived, nor developed my main activity (study, work, etc.), over more
than 12 months, in the last 5 years, in one of the eligible European countries;
3. I have not benefited in the past from an Erasmus Mundus scholarship for the
same type of mobility;
4. I commit to return to my home country/region after the end of the mobility
period at the host institution so as to prevent brain-drain.

By signing this declaration, I acknowledge that:

1. In case of false declarations in the application form and submitted documents,
I will be automatically excluded from the selection process;
2. In case I am selected and afterwards identified as not eligible, I will have to
reimburse the costs had by the Coordinating Institution with my mobility flow until that
moment.
