CooperatingTeacherMidtermStrengths:Sara definitely recognizes and understands

the different ways each of her students learn. She is able to

accommodate and modify lessons according to how the student is
learning each day. Sara has created a strong learning environment for her
students along with developing positive social interactions.
Goals:Continue to learn the different ways

students learn and how to adapt your lessons on the fly to meet their
needs.

CooperatingTeacherFinalCommentsSara has done a marvelous job of

recognizing that none of her students learn the same. They each have
very different learning styles. Sara has recognized what each of their
learning styles are and has adapted lessons to meet her students needs.
She has a very nice way of teaching each student when they are in a
group so that they are all learning and grasping the concept/s she is
instructing. Sara is very positive and cares that her students understand
the concepts taught. She will reteach things in a variety of ways until she
is sure that they understand and can show that they understand. She has
definitely learned how to adapt lessons on the fly to meet learner needs.

CooperatingTeacherMidtermStrengths: Sara has nicely taken the variety of

concepts that she is teaching to the learning level of her students. She is
able to engage them in the lesson and keep them with her as they begin
to master the content. Sara is very strong in the area of connecting the
content that she is teaching and using it in differing perspectives.

Goals:Continue to grow in this area by adding to the

curriculum that you are teaching by bringing in additional material to

expand the concepts that you are teaching. This can be done by making

it more hands on or visual.

CooperatingTeacherFinalCommentsSara has grown in an area that she is

already strong in. She does a wonderful job of teaching concepts in

multiple ways to ensure her student/s understand and are able to
demonstrate how they understood the concept/s taught. Sara has
expanded concepts by bringing in additional manipulatives to help with
student learning and to also give them an opportunity to show what they
are learning.

CooperatingTeacherMidtermStrengths:Sara is beginning to use multiple methods

of assessment to monitor student progress. She is learning how to use

the assessments to guide her in making decisions regarding what she
needs to do to take the student to the next level of learning. She is also
beginning to learn what adjustments she need to make to support student
success with their learning. Sara is very strong in the area of planning for
instructions ad gathering the materials needed.
Goals:Continuetolearn the different ways of assessing

student learning and when to use those assessments. Learn the

differences between formal and informal assessments then apply them to

how you assess your students.

CooperatingTeacherFinalCommentsSara is very observant as she is teaching and

giving assessments to her student/s. She makes notes to remind herself

of what things she wants to reteach or teach in a different way. She also
notes how the student took the assessment by observing their
mannerisms, how they approached the question, questions they asked
her, and how they did the last time they were assessed compared to how
they assessed this time. She is very good at analyzing data and behavior
as she determines what she needs to do next to expand learning, ensure
learning, or what she needs to do to re teach concepts. Sara is very
strong in this area.

CooperatingTeacherMidtermStrengths:Sara has participated in our PD learnings

on Friday mornings. She is also in a room with seven paraprofessionals

that she is beginning to give directions to, listen to their needs, and
prepare materials for them. Sara also listens to suggestions or ideas that
they have regarding how to meet student needs. She has been very open

to learning from students, paraprofessionals, and other teachers.

Goals:Begin to direct a few more paraprofessionals

with things that you need to have them do to support student learning.

CooperatingTeacherFinalCommentsSara has been able collaborate well with all

seven of the paraprofessionals that work in her classroom. She is able to

let them know what they need to do and she is able to understand and
determine what she needs to do to support them with her students. Sara
is professional and has great leadership qualities that will help her be
successful in her teaching career.
