From the United Nations New World Order

The United Nations, the most influential international organization,

was
created on June 26, 1945.
The United Nations Participation Act was passed by the United
States Congress of 1945., It deals with the process of the United
States joining the newly created United Nations and related bodies
of the United Nations.
The Act also dealt with immigration issues in regard to immigration
policy being conducted in a fair manner and indiscriminatory
fashion.
The United Nations Charter consists of a preamble consisting of two
principal parts. The first part contains a general call for the
maintenance of peace and international security and respect for
human rights. The second part of the Charter preamble is a
declaration in a contractual style stating that all the members are
bound by its articles.
Further more, Article 103 of the Charter states that obligations to
the United Nations prevail over all other treaty obligations. Most
countries in the world have now ratified the Charter.
In 1960, the United Nations General Assembly took a major step towards becoming
a global governing system. It stepped away from the UN Security Council in favor of
concentrating on setting up social and economic policy of the member nations.
There are currently about 159 UN member states and they all have one vote.
In 1971 Richard Nixon appointed George H.W. Bush as U.S. Ambassador to the
United Nations. He served for two years.

In 1992 George H.W. Bush proudly announced the establishment of the New World
Order and eagerly signed on to it for America. At the UN General Assembly, Feb. 1,
1992, President Bush stated It is the sacred principles enshrined in the United
Nations charter to which the American people will henceforth pledge their
allegiance.
In 1993, President Bill Clinton took office and by Executive Order # 12852 created
the Presidents Council on Sustainable Development. Clintons council was
comprised of federal agencies, corporations, and United Nations non-profit NGOs.
It moved quickly to ensure that all federal agencies, for example DEA, HUD,
OSHA, EPA, etc. would change their policies to comply with UN Agenda 21.
Sustainable Development, was the code name for Agenda 21 which kept the
public unaware that UN Agenda 21 existed.

Before September, 2015 anyone talking publicly about UN Agenda 21 being part
of the United Nations New World Order was labeled a Conspiracy NUT or a
conspiracy theorist.

But that changed on 9/25/15, when for the first time, the United Nation General
Assembly formally published its Agenda 2030, which states its mission is to
complete what UN Agenda 21 started.
Looking back now to the formation of Bill Clintons Presidents Council on
Sustainable Development, we the people have been betrayed. Since then under
both Democrat and Republican administrations the size of government has doubled
and become ever more powerful, controlling and burdensome. It did that by using
appointed government agencies and non-government agencies to provide tempting
federal grants to cities with strings attached that aided and abetted New World
Order policies. The grants imposed administrative rules upon the people of the
United States that infringed often infringed on citizens freedom of movement and
the use of private property which is managed at the state, county and local levels.
The violations of individual property rights presented significant conflict with
peoples rights protected by the US and also individual state Constitutions.
However, city zoning and building departments as well as the city councils which
approved the grants were hooked by the grant money and turned a deaf ear to the
people who came to them for relief. Thus the EPA, OSHA HUD, BLM DOJ continued to
bully the people with Administrative directives that often ruined businesses and
took land and water rights away for farmer and ranches.
By 2015 Agenda 21 has shaped every law, regulation and strategy of every
department of our federal government.

Agenda 21 focused on environmental issues to control and override the US

Constitution.

At the UN General Assembly held, September 25-27, in New York the UN

stated in print and by word that it will finish what Agenda 21 started and
THAT AGENDA 2030 INTENDS TO FUNDAMENTALLY TRANSFORM THE
WORLD SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DURING THE NEXT 15 YEARS.
That announcement SHOWS THE UN HAS COME SO FAR IN ACHIEVING its
GOAL THAT THEY ARE NOT HIDING IT ANY LONGER. It also shows that their
agenda cannot be accomplished without control of zoning regulations,
banks, schools, health, food, labor, housing, transportation and in fact the
people of the USA and the world.
This indicates the end of freedom, the end of the US Constitution, the end
of the pursuit of happiness and the beginning of a Communistic form of
government.
BEWARE the word, TRANSFORMATION. It is a word that does not signify,
partial. Transformation is always total. Nowhere in UN Agenda 2030 is
there mention about Individual rights or Freedom.
America may continue to exist as a geographical area, but how and where
we live, work, play; what we eat and all manner of our lives will be
dictated to us.
------------------------------------------------------As we enter 2016, we see that in place of an American Government, we have an
Administrative System that has no accountability to either Congress or the
American people. Much of the power of the US Government has moved to an
Administrative System designed to operate in harmony with the United Nations
Association.
U.S. membership in the United Nations became the start of power shifting to unelected groups of people who are unaccountable to the American voters. Those
groups are making economic and social policy for Americans through contractual
commitment to international agreement. The Administrative Agencies of the
American government by law must follow U.S. law which says that they must
adhere to international commitments.
Now we find America at a tipping point. We are very close to giving up our status as
a sovereign nation. And that is exactly what has to happen and will happen if we
dont get in gear really fast to stop this assault on our nation.

What can we do to get the USA out of the UN?

It probably wont be easy. And likely would be impossible
unless we gather massive grass roots passion to support

House Bill HR 1205 to end membership of the United

States in the United Nations.
HR 1205 has two parts. Section 1. is cited as, American Sovereignty
Restoration Act of 2015. It was brought forth on March 2, 2015 by
Representative Mike D. Rogers (R) of Alabama along with Mr. Jeff Duncan ( R ) of
Tennessee, Mr. Westmoreland and Mr. Heulskam ( R ) KY and was referred to the
Committee on Foreign Affairs.
Section 2. is cited as a) Repeal of the United Nations Participation Act of
1945, and b) Termination of Membership in the United Nations.
