WHITE CANDLE SPELL

FOR BLESSING
Posted by Whispr
Get a white candle -- either a plain one (offertory, pillar, or taper) or a figural one in the
gender of the person you want to bless. Carve the person's full name on the candle,
then dress it with myrrh or frankincense. For more power, you may place a name-paper
of the person, or a photo, or some personal item of theirs (such as a bit of hair or a
snippet of clothing) either under the candle or next to it. One easy way to do this is to
place the paper or personal concerns under an overturned saucer and put the candle on
top of the saucer. Burn a portion of the candle every day for seven days, pinching it out
between burnings.
As you light it each day, say this
"[Name], may you be blessed
May all good things come to you
May nothing whatsoever harm you
May your heart be light
May your travels be safe
May your health be good
May your mind be sound
May your friendships sustain you
May you be blessed in every way!"
* If you have a special request for this person (such as that they find a lover, get a
good job, come home safely from a war, or whatever), just add it to the list.
Some people use a large pillar-type candle and keep it going for longer than seven days.
They may make a habit of burning such a candle every day -- or once a week, on
Sundays -- for as long as their friend or relative needs help, even doing so for months at
a time. If the candle is large and it is to be burned in this way, it should be re-dressed
with Oil once a week: after the initial dressing, you can drop a tiny bit of oil into the
"well" or hole in such a large candle just before lighting it each time.
Druidic Stone-Blessing Ritual
This spell may be used for blessing large stones, such as those placed in your garden or
on your altar. Touch or hold the stone in your hand, saying: I call upon thee, stone of
earth. Formed by fire, sculpted by water, and weathered by wind. Impart the deepest
secrets of the earth to me. Teach me how to be silent, how to listen, how to be strong
without force, and how to be firm without anger. Lend me your strength.
Stones, even though they tend to be less dramatic than fire, swords, or glittering
goblets, can be very powerful magical tools. Crystals are one type of stone used for
magic and meditation, but see what lessons the humble pebbles, rocks, and boulders
hold for you.

An Air Meditation - Charis

Posted by StarFire

As you inhale, imagine that you are breathing in molecules from the air around you
and energy from the earth below you. You are like a sponge that absorbs all the
energetic particles from the earth where you sit and the air around you. Feel each
molecule absorb into every pore of your skin.
As you exhale, imagine there is a large balloon of light over your head. Breathe out and
fill the balloon with all the energy you absorbed on the inhale. The balloon gets larger
and larger, and brighter and brighter above your head.
It is dawn. I find myself in a forest filled with Aspen trees. I raise my eyes and look for
the sky, but the boughs looming overhead hide it from my view. As I look up, feel the
cool breeze of spring brush my face, and hear the sound of the rustling leaves. Blowing,
laughing from the east, Eurus brings thoughts of renewal and life.
I follow the wind further into the soft shadows of the forest, inhaling deeply the strong
scent of the trees. I smell, too, the wafting hints of fragrant incense. I follow where my
senses lead me and come to a small clearing circled by burning censers filled with
sweet-smelling oils. Toward the east end of the circle is a staff. I walk over to the place
and sit on the ground before it. I take the staff into my hands and close my eyes.
First come swirling colors of white then yellow then fading darker into lavender. Then,
out of the swirling fog of colors come dozens of small, lithe figures who swirl around
as if carried on the wind itself. They dance around my head and body, swirling around
as if caught in a dance to unheard music. Then, taking my attention from the spirits of
the air, I look up to find further figures emerging from the mist.
First comes a woman with the beauty of the dawn. As she steps forward, each of the
four winds, in turn, hasten from around here and fly, one to each of the four corners of
the earth. As she fades, there comes another whose form seems insubstantial, and
seems to constitute both the image of a woman and a cow at the same time. I look
closely the attempt to solidify one form, but I cannot. As this image fades, I am
presented with the forms of two women who immediately remind me of the nighttime
sky. One glows with the pale light of the full moon, and her eyes hold the fullness of
hidden knowledge. The other, whom also seems to radiate cool starlight, seems to
embody the possibilities of many lifetimes.

In due course, these figures too fade and I am left with only the mist of the elemental
world of air. Suddenly, three male figures issue from the mist. They seem to be three
aspects of one man, but each's attributes differ. The first glows with the light of the
moon, seeming to be its protector. The second and third appear almost identical, except
that one has a winged helmet and shoes. As I sit and study the sameness and difference
of the three, they begin to fade, as does the fog.
When the mist clears, I find myself sitting within the circle still clutching the staff in
my hands. I place the staff once again on the ground and rise. I thank the element of
air, and all it is associated with for sharing with me its wisdom, and leave the circle.

ABOUT COLORS FOR YOU

Posted by Whispr

Before reading this it might be interesting to observe different colors and write down
how they affect you as this is how color relationships began. Do not make this the only
article on colors you read or study either as Mr. Buckland gathered his material from
others also. This is a very personal therapy/use and for a variety of reasons different
colors affect different people differently.
By Raymond Buckland
Colors have been attributed with various healing properties. But colors can also be
used for psychic development. Here are some simple exercises to use colors to awaken
your psychic powers
There are many people who have extrasensory perceptions (ESP). People who know
that the telephone is going to ring before it actually does, know who is on the line
before they even pick up the receiver. They seem to have natural psychic powers.
It is just that in some people it is an inherent ability while in others it has to be drawn
out. There are many ways to enhance psychic powers. Some of these use colors for
psychic development.
Here, we will discuss some of them which involve various aspects of ESP including
clairvoyance (clear seeing), clairaudience (clear hearing), clairsentience (clear sensing),
psychokinesis (moving objects without physical contact) and other allied practices.
First exercise
Take seven pieces of any material, be it cloth, silk, felt, construction paper or cardboard.
Each should be in one of the seven colors of the prism, and of the same size. Now sit
quietly and begin with breathing exercises. Correct breathing is a significant part of
psychic development.
Sit at a table with the colored items spread before you, close your eyes and shuffle
them. Then, select one color and with your eyes closed, hold it between your hands,
palm to palm. Concentrate on the material and visualise (not guess) the colour.

Does it feel warm or cool? Do your palms or fingers tingle? Hold it against your
forehead and cheek. Any different reaction? When you feel you know the color, open
your eyes and check. If you are wrong, do not worry.
Make a note of your choice. Take a sheet of paper and draw three columns. Column one
is for 'color'. Write the actual color you find yourself holding. Column two is headed
'sense'.
In that column, write the color you thought you held. Column three is 'sensations'.
Write down your reactions here. The chart below shows how this is to be done.
COLOR SENSATION CHART
For example, you may feel a color cool and vaguely unpleasant. Write down anything
you feel even if it does not seem necessarily applicable to a color. Put the previous color
back with the rest and again close your eyes and shuffle them. Go through the same
procedure for at least 10 minutes and then check your results.
Do not be disappointed if you do not judge the right color. A close is as good as correct
(e.g., if the color was red and you thought it was orange). Examine the sensations. The
red end of the color scale is the hot end; the blue is the cold. Red will stimulate, while
blue will calm.
Let us examine the results of a test conducted on school-going children in England.
They were shown fabrics of different colors and asked to write down their feelings
about these colors. This was the result:
COLOR SENSATION CHART
Color Sense Sensations
Red Red Warm, love
Green Violet Pleasant, cool
Blue Green Cool, trees
Red Orange Heat, danger
Red: Danger, anger, fire, love, thirst, meanness, hate
Orange: Woods, autumn, warmth, kindness, fire
Yellow: Summer, sleep, gladness, light, Easter, sickness
Green: Cool, nice, flowers, ocean, picnic, reading, snakes

Blue: Water, cool, laziness, home, frost, lonely

Indigo: Soft, gentle, sweet, prayers
Violet: Sadness, church, love, warmth
From this list you may find certain parallels with your own perception. It is interesting
to observe one or two seeming contradictions in the list. For example, red stimulates
both love and hate; yellow both gladness and sickness.
Traditional associations
In the metaphysical world, colors have certain traditional associations. It is useful to
know these associations for psychic development. These associations are:
Red: Strength, health, vigour, sexual love, danger, charity
Orange: Encouragement, adaptability, stimulation, attraction, plenty, kindness
Yellow: Persuasion, charm, confidence, jealousy, joy, comfort
Green: Finance, fertility, luck, energy, charity, growth
Blue: Tranquillity, understanding, patience, health, truth, devotion, sincerity
Indigo: Changeability, impulsiveness, depression, ambition, dignity
Violet: Tension, power, sadness, piety, sentimentality
Second exercise
The transitional period between waking and sleeping is the 'hypnogogic' state;
between sleeping and waking is the 'hypnopompic' state. Either of these states is
excellent for psychic experimentation.
Take seven colored pieces of material and place each in a separate window envelope,
properly sealed. With the windows facing down, mix them up. Before you go to bed,
pick one envelope randomly, and place it under your pillow.
As you are on the point of falling asleep, concentrate your thoughts on the envelope
under the pillow, trying to sense the color inside. There is a simple way to do this. Lie
on your back with your arms on your sides, raise one hand and forearm (bent at the
elbow) straight up in the air.

As you begin to fall asleep your hand and arm will fall back across you, waking you
again. At that moment, try to sense the color beneath your pillow. Write it down
(however roughly and quickly), then go to sleep.
As soon as you wake up in the morning, again write down the color you sense, along
with any sensations, thoughts or feelings associated with it. The color you sense in the
hypnopompic state may well be different from what you sense in the hypnogogic state.
Do not worry. List them both. You will need three headings on your recording sheet:
'color' (as seen through the envelope's window in the morning); 'hypnogogic' (falling
asleep sensation); and 'hynopompic' (awakening sensation). Put the envelope back with
the others and mix them.
Repeat the experiment the next night, and for a total of 21 nights. From this, as well as
seeing how well you are able to pick up the colors, you will know which is the better
time for you to do your psychic work-evening or morning.
Third exercise
A simple, yet effective ESP test can be done using 12 playing cards. From a deck of
regular playing cards take out the eight, nine and ten of clubs; eight, nine and ten of
spades; eight, nine and ten of hearts; and the eight, nine and ten of diamonds (these are
the 12 cards bearing the largest number of pips-most useful for differentiating between
red and black, which you are going to do).
Shuffle these 12 cards and then put them, face down, in a row on the table in front of
you. Now, going from left to right, try to sense whether each card is red or black. Do not
concern yourself with the actual suit or the value.
You may find it helpful to gently lay your fingertips on the back of each card or,
perhaps, to hold the palm of your hand over it. Write down your guesses (senses).
Then turn the cards over and see how correct you are. Shuffle the cards and repeat the
experiment. Always work from left to right.
Do it 10 times, keeping score of your results. Since there are only two possible answers
to each guess, expect an average of six correct each run, for chance.
If chance alone is at work, you will have approximately 60 correct in 10 sessions. If,
however, you find you have considerably more than 60 correct (or considerably less),
then ESP is at work.

For example, if you have 73 correct, the odds are 20 to one against chance; 78 correct and
the odds are 100 to one against chance. Of course, the more times you go through this
exercise, the more accurate a picture you will get. Here are the odds for various run
throughs:
Number
of runs Chance
Score Good
(20:1 against chance) Excellent
(100:1 aginst chance)
10 60 73 78
20 120 144 152
30 180 215 222
40 240 286 295
50 300 356 365
Fourth exercise
Radiesthesia, the use of a pendulum for metaphysical purposes, can be extremely
effective. Try this simple exercise.
Cut a strip of white paper or cardboard, approximately 12 inches long and one inch
wide. Color one end of the strip red, about two inches of it will do, and the other end
blue.
A two-inch section in the centre should be colored yellow. If you have a pendulum, it is
fine. If not, making one is easy. Virtually any weight at the end of a string will do. A
favourite is to loop a length of silk ribbon through a ring. Even a needle at the end of a
thread will do. A neck pendant on a fine chain is another possibility. The length of the
thread/string/chain should be 7-10 inches. Hold the chain between the thumb and the
forefinger in such a way that, with the elbow resting on the table, the pendulum is
suspended just above the table's surface.
(Some radiesthesiatists suggest keeping the arm in the air, with the elbow off the table.
Resting the elbow is certainly less tiring.)
Use the right hand if right-handed, the left if left-handed. Hold the pendulum so that it
is suspended over the centre of the red section of your strip of paper as it lies on the
table. Hold the chain still; do not consciously swing the pendulum. Do not grip it too
tightly. Now, concentrate your thoughts on the color red. See a ball of red light at the
end of the strip of paper. See it encompassing the pendulum.

You will soon notice that the pendulum is starting to swing. It will swing more and
more strongly, moving in a circle, clockwise about the red area.
When it is swinging well, move your arm across so that the pendulum is now
suspended over the blue end. Now, try to see a blue ball of light encompassing the
pendulum. You will probably be surprised to find that the pendulum will slow, stop,
and start to swing again in the opposite, counterclockwise direction.
As often as you change ends, and color concentrations, so will the pendulum change
directions. If you stop it and then hold it over the centre, and imagine yellow, it will
swing backward and forward along the line of the strip of paper.
You will get the same reactions from the pendulum if, instead of simply imagining the
appropriate colors, you concentrate your thoughts on those things that are associated
with the colors (see traditional associations).
Over red, think of strength, health and vigour. Over blue, think of tranquillity,
understanding, and devotion. Over yellow, envision attraction, charm and confidence.
Fifth exercise
Psychokinesis (PK) is the movement of material objects without physical contact. To
demonstrate the pressures applied in PK, we can perform a simple exercise using an
animate object a person.
You need a minimum of three persons for this exercise. On one side of the room sits a
person (or group) we will call A. On the other side of the room sits another person (or
group) we call B. A toss of coin decides which person or group will be red or blue.
For the first run, let us say that A is red and B is blue. Now, bring in the person who
has been outside while the coin was tossed. Have him or her stand in the centre of the
room, at ease, with the legs slightly apart. Let us call this person X.
Groups A and B must now concentrate their thoughts on their respective colors. With
eyes closed, they should see themselves surrounded by red or blue light and should see
it extending out to touch X.
If there are several people, so that you have a group rather than individuals, then let
one or two of each group concentrate on the traditional associations, rather than on the
actual color. What will (or should) happen now is that X will find him/herself being
drawn towards the red group in this first run, A-and repelled by the blue group.

X probably becomes aware of feelings of warmth and love coming from the red group;
coldness from the blue. Do this experiment a number of times, flipping a coin each
time to determine who will be red or blue. You will find that X will be far more
frequently drawn to red than to blue. Question X after each run and record the
reactions.
Sixth exercise
A simple exercise can be done using a cork ball. Tie a length of thread to a pin and
then push the pin into the cork ball. Hang the ball so that it is free on all sides. Point
your forefinger at the suspended ball, as close as you can without actually touching it,
and concentrate your thoughts on the color blue.
Feel the blue all about you; see it around and even within your body. Direct it down
your arm and out of your finger. As you direct out the blue, you should see the cork
ball move away from your finger. Concentrate on red, and the cork ball will swing
towards you, actually hitting the tip of your finger. Experiment with other colors.
Seventh exercise
Clairaudience is the ability to hear psychically. It may be accompanied by
clairvoyance, but not necessarily so. How do we hear colour? Through music. Color
and music share common terms. We speak of tone, pitch, intensity and volume, for
both arts.
Chromatic is another common word. There is a psychological phenomenon whereby
certain people subconsciously see colors in sounds. This is known as color
synesthesia.
Color can even be brought about by sound. In Los Angeles Times (December 3, 1948)
there was an Associated Press report on a machine known as Auroratone, invented by
an Englishman named Cecil Stokes. Musical vibrations were registered on a sensitised
emulsion and photographed by a movie camera.
A different pattern of color was created in the emulsion by each individual note. When
projected, accompanied by the music, the result was a glorious series of color patterns
subtly changing with the mood of the music. More recently, a color organ has been
developed by Thomas Douglas Jones.
The Chromaton produces coloured light as it plays. Sir Issac Newton related colours to
the diatonic scale: C = red; D = orange; E = green; G = blue; A = indigo; B = violet.

Slow music is generally associated with the blue end of the scale, and fast music with
the red end. An interesting exercise of clairaudience can be performed using a large
conch shell. We are all familiar with sounds of the sea that can be heard by holding
such a shell close to the ear.
Sit comfortably, back straight after doing some breathing exercises, and hold the shell
to your ear. You will first hear the familiar rushing sound but, if you concentrate, you
may become aware of a subtle musical background.
Concentrate and try to bring it out. In clairaudience a shell is often used by a
developing medium to spark the initial contact and to focus the voice(s) being heard. If
you can also pick up a musical accompaniment, as it were, then you can glean
additional, useful information based on the tempo and pitch of the music, together with
any repeated, emphasised, individual notes.
This is not easy to do. You might take heart from the fact that some years ago, F.
Karwoski and Henry S. Odbert conducted a study with 148 people, testing color
response to music. Of these, 60 per cent did get a response of some kind (40 per cent of
these actually saw colors).
If you get that sort of response then, again refer to the traditional associations. These are
some simple exercises in psychic development associated with colour. Color can be a
useful tool in enhancing our psychic faculties.
Always go through the breathing exercises before any experiment. In fact, it certainly
will not hurt you to do a complete color meditation each time! And rememberpractice
makes perfect.

COLOR BREATHING EXERCISE

If possible, meditate before an open window. If not, let a white electric incandescent
light shine on you. If you prefer to meditate in low light or darkness, still follow these
instructions using the white light as a preliminary.
Sit comfortably, relaxing the body as much as possible, without allowing the spine to
curve. Following exercises can help you to loosen tight muscles:
Allow the head to fall forward on the chest. Breathe deeply in and out three times.
Return to the upright position. Allow the head to tip fully backward. Breathe deeply in
and out three times. Return to the upright position.

Tip the head as far as possible to the left. Breathe in and out three times. Return to the
upright position. Tip the head as far as possible to the right. Breathe in and out three
times. Return to the upright position.
Allow the head to fall forward, then move it in a circle, counterclockwise, three times.
Repeat the last exercise, moving the head clockwise three times. Return to the upright
position. Breathe in slowly and fully, through the right nostril (hold the left one
closed), feeling the stomach balloon out as you do so.
Hold it a moment, then exhale slowly through the mouth, flattening the stomach. This
exercise removes the stale air from the lungs.
Repeat the last exercise, breathing in slowly, through the left nostril, and exhaling
through the right nostril. Both these exercises need to be done three times.
Now, with your body breathing normally but deeply, concentrate your thoughts till
you can imagine your whole body encased in a globe of white light. Feel the luminous
energy charging your whole body. After a few moments, visualise the light gradually
turning to red. As it turns red, see it acquire a cone shape, the tip directing at your
perineum chakra (Muladhar).
As you continue to breathe deeply, see and feel the red light flow into the perineum
area. When you feel that you have absorbed all that you can, see the all-encompassing
globe of white return. Next, let the white give way to a cone of orange.
The point of the cone is directed at the suprarenal (Swadhisthan). Again, as you
breathe deeply, feel the orange light pour down the cone into your whole body.
Continue working through all the chakras, drawing all their respective colours into
you. End with the all-encompassing white light.
If you find it difficult to envision the different colours, set up a chart where you can
see them in front of you. A glance at the chart sets the required colour in your mind.
You will now enter a state of deep meditation. You will experience tremendous peace
of mind.
If you prefer to meditate in dim light, draw the blinds over the window or switch off
the white light. At the end of the meditation period, before returning to the original
state, imagine yourself encompassed in the globe of white light.
It is recommended that loose clothing be worn during meditationsuch as a CM (color
meditation) robe. We have learnt about the association of colors with the chakras and
the desirability of stimulating these colours/chakras.

This can be accomplished simply by wearing a robe designed for color meditation. Any
refinement in shape can be made to suit your whims, but do not make it tight. The
material should be pure white.
In addition, you need a loose head-covering of the same color. This hat should come
down to cover the space between the eyes, where the third eye is located. Roll up the
front portion of the robe and cut large circles (six inches in diameter) to coincide with
the chakra positions.
Fill in these holes with circles of coloured material (same material as the robe. Prefer
silk although linen would do as well). The colours corresponding to the chakra
colors/positions are: red for the perineum (Muladhar chakra); orange for the suprarenal
(Swadhisthan).
The color yellow is for the lyden (Manipura); green for the thymus (Heart/Anahata);
blue for the thyroid (Vishuddha). The color indigo for the pineal (Ajna/third eye) (on
the hat point); and violet for the pituitary or crown (Sahasrara).
Do not sew the coloured circles on to the uncut robe. Cut out the white circles first, so
that the colored circles go right through. You can later use the cut white circles as a
pattern for the colored robe.
An alternative to the circles is to use whole bands of color going right around the robe.
Avoid wearing anything underneath the CM robe to eliminate any interference
between the colors and the body.

'Rainbow Pastas'...

I wanted to share some of my recipes for pasta's with a bit of

festive flare to them. It's simple but elegant to make something from
the heart and give them as part of a gift basket for family and friends.
I think something made with love is much more appreciated by most.
Every year I do something a little different, because it makes me
feel good to get out of my own space and be doing something for
those I love and care about, who frankly love to eat what I make too.
I start out with a very basic pasta recipe:
1 2/3 cup of flour,

(*I use half and half...all white, but one is called strong flour and the
other is called cream flour. In the states its a bread flour and a cake flour
basically. Many also use semolina, I don't)
1 tablespoon of good extra virgin olive oil
2 med. eggs
(*Note: add a bit of water as needed to get the dough ball incorporated.)
Now that's the basic dough. You need to knead it for about five min.s or
so to get it smooth and silky, it becomes elastic and stops sticking to itself.
Lightly rub dough ball with some olive oil and put it in a plastic bag and let
dough rest for about 20 mins. Then lightly knead for just a few mins.
Use flour on the surface your kneading on, but use it very sparingly. I also
lightly dust my pasta sheets before putting them through the pasta machine.
I use a pasta machine, but you can roll your pasta out to the thickness you
want for noodles, ravioli, or lasagna, and cut with a sharp knife.
Pasta machines don't have to cost much, mine was cheap, but does the job.
You can cook pasta immediately, or like I do, hang the noodles from a noodle drying
rack, I use my fold up cloths drying rack and put paper towels over the rails
and then drape noodles till dry.
Here are just a few ideas I used in the picture:
1. Roasted yellow bell pepper puree, with Mediterranean sea salt with lemon zest.
*You simply add about 2-3 tablespoons of the puree, and about 1/2 teaspoon of the

specialty salt. I also added 1 tablespoon of finely minced fresh thyme from the garden.
I ground the large crystals of salt in my mortar and pestle so it would blend more
evenly. I add this mixture to my eggs before I add eggs, herbs, and puree to the flour.
Again adjust the addition of just literally cap fulls of water at a time till the dough ball
incorporates well.
2. 2-3 tablespoons of carrot puree, 1teaspoon of lightly toasted fennel seed, again
ground to a powder.
3. 2-3 tablespoons of dark red beet puree, and 1 tablespoon of minced fresh rosemary.
4. 2 tablespoons of good rich tomato paste, and 1 tablespoon of dried basil, I like the
dried basil as opposed to fresh which tends to not work quite as well.
Those are just a few ideas, you can do anything you can think of really.
Enjoy!

Ascension

What Is Ascension & How Does It Work?

Ascension in its simplest terms is altering consciousness from one level to another. In
other words, ascension is the process of expanding beliefs that make up the base level of
consciousness, to the point that a new reality is manifest.
Consciousness is after all comprised of the beliefs, thoughts, actions, and choices that
form the tapestry of reality. When consciousness expands, elevates, and changes, reality
cannot help but change in response. Ascension is elevating consciousness into a new
dimension of experience.
Its different from spiritual growth which is about tuning into the spiritual realms
beyond the physical Where Ascension is moving into a higher vibrational dimension.
Still, the question remains
How Do We Ascend?
Ultimately, we are all one Were all one with each other, and one with the Divine. This
is supreme consciousness
Ascension is the process of clearing and releasing the emotional blockages, thoughts,
and beliefs that limit us from experiencing the fullness of supreme consciousness. By
transmuting lower vibrational expressions like anger, judgement, guilt, shame, and
greed into compassion, we are able to balance the dense and shadow parts of ourselves.
We learn to appreciate and honor the role dense feelings, emotions, and even other
people play in teaching us the lessons of duality. This awareness neutralizes the power
of the dense, and empowers us to expand our individual base level of consciousness to a
new height.
By clearing that which blocks us from realizing the full extent of love, oneness, and
compassion that is supreme consciousness, we become more present, more aware, and
more loving and compassionate ourselves. When this inner shift happens, outer reality
shifts as well to reflect and mirror the inner base consciousness change.

Consciousness manifests across infinite multiple and parallel dimensions and when you
shift your consciousness in the present (through beliefs, thoughts, and actions), a HUGE
ripple of change and ascension mirrors out through everything.
By clearing blockages, integrating fears, and aligning with a new level of joy, love,
compassion, and oneness, a shift in consciousness happens Ascension happens.
Ascension as a process works on multi-dimensions, layers and scales. For us each, Mind,
body, and spirit are interconnected, and so a change and action on one layer affects the
others. And as we are all interconnected through supreme consciousness, a change I
make in my consciousness, impacts yours and vice versa.
In this way, the ascension of an individual creates a ripple effect triggering awakening, a
shift in consciousness and ascension that reaches everyone and everything.
This is where the tipping effect comes into play. As more and more individuals
consciously ascend, and begin to create positive inner shifts that are mirrored in the
physical The ripple effect goes to work and begins awakens and trigger this shift in
consciousness that is ascension for all.
Again, ascension is closely tied with clearing fears, limitations, and densities This can
be done consciously through ascension practices, commitment, and focus Or it can be
forced, and triggered by external factors, outside experiences, and events.
The Mechanics of Ascension
The process of ascension in its most simple terms is choosing love over fear. It is tipping
the scale in your personal consciousness, to a level of increased light over dark. This
increase in light and love shifts the base level of consciousness within you, and as
mentioned above, the effects of this ripple out far and wide, spanning past, present,
future, multi-dimensions, and is mirrored back to you by all of reality.
The Mechanics of consciously progressing on the Ascension Process goes essentially
this:
You make the choice and set the intention to ascend.
You become aware of the areas of your consciousness where fear is held and needs to be
cleared.
A lesson manifests in your life as your previously held beliefs, and fear energy comes
forward to be released through experience. This may be emotional, it may manifest as
physical pain energy, or may trigger an external event for you to learn from.
You experience your life lesson in whatever form it takes, and move through the fear
in whatever way it has manifest in your mind, body, or spirit.

You learn the lesson, face your fear, and really feel the lower vibrational feelings
associated and integrate the lower vibrational emotions that have manifest as a result.
You integrate the lessons delivered from your past fear; you release it along with the
corresponding vibrations of dense emotion that have come up for you to release.
This release creates a void that you invite light into. This increase in light catapults you
into experiencing the higher vibrational emotions like love, peace, gratitude,
compassion and joy.
You feel and experience increased light. This may manifest as tingling sensation, a
feeling of a blanket of love, a heart opening, and a bliss-filled explosion of Divine light
energy throughout your body, mind, spirit and continuing out far beyond.
You forgive the other people tied to your past fear and lesson You feel gratitude and
compassion for their role, and honor their part as well as yours in the process.
Gratitude, love and compassion create further expansion within your energy.
Your physical body begins to shift from carbon-based to crystalline, allowing more light
into your being. Implants, past patterns, and beliefs related to the lesson and fear are
balanced and transformed. More of your DNA awakens and realigns with continued
work. The level of light you are able to hold increases.
You align with a new level of love, acceptance, and balance Honoring and accepting
the role of everything, light, dark, and otherwise.
A new fear, or lesson is revealed.
As you continue to move through these steps, you ascend through your experience as
guided by your heart. Your fears are manifesting through your experiences as life
lessons, and you are integrating densities, releasing blockages, and aligning with
increased light as you continue to ascend.
As more and more awaken, and progress through ascension, a new consciousness
emerges A new paradigm of life on earth is created within the old, and an ascended
way of experiencing reality opens, allowing you to continue to lift higher.
All of life is an ascension teacher and as your consciousness is raised, all experience and
life is valued.
A new level of harmony, synchronicity, and understanding unfolds as you move
through the ascension process and actually shift, or ascend into a higher dimension of
experience.

Citrus Candles
Posted by Rev. Carol A. Ingle (Raven)

How about some Citrus Candles?

Hollowed-out lemons become fragrant yellow cups for candles. Using a
serrated knife and small ice-cream scoop, remove pulp from lemon halves.
Wash and dry lemon shells, then insert a votive candle into each one.
(try and find a citrus scented yellow candle or use a vanilla colored candle).
Pour rock salt around candles to add sparkle.

Creating a Closer Bond

with Your Familiar
Posted by AutumnsLight

Here's another spell I've gathered through out my journey, I really enjoy it.
This rite is designed specifically for cats, but may be employed with any
animal you wish to make your familiar spirit. Each night during the cycle
of the waxing Moon, until Full, sit closely with the animal. Arrange it so
that you are both facing towards the raising Moon. Stroke your cat firmly,
but with love, until he or she begins to purr or to relax. Align your own
breathing with the purr, or in the case of a creature other than a feline
friend, align your breathing with that of the animal. Continue to do this
each night at moonrise. When the Moon is at full, your will shall be as one
with that of your familiar. You shall see through its eyes, and it will see
through yours. Your thoughts shall be as one, and you will share a single
heart.
Repeat when you feel the need to :)
