This report is not a guarantee of condition, and the findings contained herein are based upon generally accepted methods of
testing and observation. Stated findings are the opinion of the undersigned surveyor based upon observations noted at the
time of the survey. Unless specifically indicated, no destructive testing of the hull, deck or structure was performed, and no
machinery was disassembled or bench tested. By nature of their design and construction, the inner structure of hulls and decks
can be concealed and obscured from view, and no exact determination of their condition may be determined. Statements of
condition and discussion of construction details are based upon the experience of the surveyor and readily available observation
and testing methods, and rely upon the best judgment of the surveyor using the information readily gleaned from the testing
methods employed. Hidden internal structural damage or potential for future damage is generally detected using the above
testing methods, but many indications of internal flaws are inexact and open to interpretation. Wherever possible, conservative
judgment has been used in reporting these findings. However, the possibility exists that hidden damage, including latent
defects, may not have been located. Further, the treatment of the vessel and its equipment following the time of the survey
cannot be estimated, and certain conditions may worsen minor damage, or create new areas of concern, within a short period
of time. These circumstances are beyond the control of the surveyor, and no estimation of such usage is covered by this
document, nor is any responsibility accepted for such unforeseen and inestimable situations.
REMARKS:
The above survey has been conducted to the best of our ability without prejudice to any parties concerned.
