The actor hereby agrees that the production has right to film
and photograph him (for promotional footage). Therefore the
footage may also be used in the final production for the
worldwide release in Pin-Point.
The actor agrees that all footage is property of
SupernovaShorts and cannot be used for personal purposes.
If the footage is exploited by another company or person, the
actor can take legal action. (However, it is likely the
company will follow).
The actor agrees that all feature footage of them is copyright
to SupernovaShorts, with no associable copyright to the
actor.
The actor has all legal licenses to work on the film project
and will commit to all rehearsals and takes.
The actor has agreed to work on the film project and will
follow all legal rules and restrictions whilst on set. If they
do not follow the rules and regulations, they may be dismissed
from the set and kicked off the project.
The production company agrees that a union casting
representative shall remain present at all times. If they
discover that the agreement is in breach they have full
permission to suspend temporary filming, until a legal
distribute is arranged.
The actor agrees to all terms and conditions of this
agreement, and has legalised it, ready for approval.
The casting manager agrees to all terms and conditions of the
agreement, and has legalised it as a documentation.
This is the entire agreement. No other authorisation is
permitted or necessary to enable NATALIA COTONOU to perform in
Pin-Point by SupernovaShorts.
