Ploase take notice that our file in the above entitled matter has been officially closed by the Division based
on the Complainant's decision to voluntarily withdraw the complaint.
Further, pursuant to this State's File Retention Schedule, it is the intention of the Division to destroy the
above referenced file three (3) years after the date of closing or three (3) years after any other final court action,
whichever is later.
‘Moreover, please be advised that the above referenced charge was dual-filed with the Equal Employment
Opportunity Commission (EEOC) by the Division. The Division has advised EEOC that Complainant has voluntarily
requested that this charge be withdrawn from both the Division and EEOC. Therefore, in view of the Complainant's
voluntary request for withdrawal, EEOC has determined not to take any further action-regarding this matter and it~
