INFORMATION
The undersigned City Prosecutor, upon sworn complaint originally
filed by the offended party, accuses Patricio Reyes y Valera of the
crime of an ACTS OF LASCIVIOUSNESS, committed as follows:
That on or about December 24 2015 in the City of Makati,
Philippines, and within the jurisdiction of the Honorable Court,
accused Patricio Reyes y Valera [hereinafter Accused] with lewd
designs, did then and there, willfully, unlawfully and feloniously
touched the breast of Jennielyn Mortel Mercado, 16 years of age,
touched her genitalia to the damage and prejudice of said Jennielyn
Mortel Mercado who suffered psychological and emotional
disturbance, anxiety, sleeplessness and humiliation.
Contrary to Article 336 of the Revised Penal Code in relation
to RA 7610
