SOP for APH Start-up

1)

Ensure no fault in local electrical panel.

Ensure R/L selector switch is in remot.
Ensure APH door (man hole) is closed.
CCCW water line should be in service.
Ensure oil level in guide bearing housing is 60-70% and in thrust
bearing is 80%.
6) Ensure fire fighting line is in service.
7) Ensure soot blowers (04) are ready.
8) Start APH main motor and check current.
9) Check rotation direction.
10) Put APH emergency motor in standby mode.
11) Check vib., bearing temp.,and current.
