That the Joint Board Minutes of December 18, 2015 be adopted as presented, including any
revisions to be made.
4. In-Camera Session

That the Joint Board proceeds into a closed session to discuss matters pertaining to personal
matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees and that
the following people remain in attendance: Holly Morrison, Will Moore, Rick Winters, and
Brian Anderson.
5. Hearing of Delegations or Deputations:
1) Calvin Confer Considerations for the contract being negotiated between SusGlobal
and the Townships of Georgian Bluffs and Chatsworth.

1) Veolia December 2015 Monthly wastewater report
Motion: (move and second)
That the Georgian Bluffs-Chatsworth BioGRID Joint Board accepts the Veolia December
2015 monthly wastewater reports.
7. Reports and Recommendations:
1) BIO.16.01 SusGlobal Energy Canada Ltd. Negotiations

That the Joint BioGRID Committee receives report BIO.16.01 from the Director of
Operations and provides comments.

2) Action Items List

That the Joint BioGRID Committee receives the Action Items list and provides direction.
