In continuation of review meetings held from 29 th to 31st January, 2014 all the
Associate Directors of Research are requested to submit the project proposals
concerned to their zones for the year 2014-15 by 10-02-2014 so as to submit the
consolidated report to Commissioner & Director of Agriculture by 12-02-2014 under
two heads.
1) On-going projects
2) New projects
While formulating the new projects, the following guidelines have to be
followed.
1. The projects proposed should have economic importance i.e. the crop
should occupy atleast one lakh acres in the state.
2. The budget proposed should atleast be Rs.10.00 lakhs
3. The project period should be for three years, with specific objectives, area
of operation, action plan, expected output and outcome
For on-going projects, budget requirement for 2014-15 with proper justification
should be furnished.
