2. Remove from Support


2.1. Authorize RFC and confirm scheduled time.
2.2. Upon confirmation run SQLOps Entry Tool

2.3. Select Off-Boarding tab


2.4. Enter <SQL Server name> to be removed
2.5. Hit Process
2.6. Confirmation window will popup.
2.7. Click Confirm
2.8. SQL Server is now successfully removed from SQL Support.
3. Send Completion Email to Customer
3.1. Send the completion notification to customer
3.2. Close RFC
4. Escalation
If unable to proceed with work please send escalation to SQL Server 2nd Line Support.
