Read the book Cloudy with a


Chance of Meatballs.

The Activity
Obviously, the crazy weather affected the story Cloudy
with a Chance of Meatballs. We are going to do a
research project where we look at how real life wacky
weather phenomenon.
You are going to work with a partner to research actual
weather phenomenons.
At the end of your research, you will create a slide show
using Pixie to show what you have learned.

Essential Question
Weather can be unpredictable. How and why can
weather be described as wild, wacky, and freaky?

appropriate article and information to learn more.
