Played as Thumbelina at the age of 3.

Joined Indayog last year as a trainee but didnt continue to be a member.

-aerobic exercise = ^heart rate = good cardio


-Heart failure + waltz = better heart health and way of living
-repetitive usage of muscles ensure no soreness
-Dance = exercise = losing calories
-Learn and know your body

-Aerobic exercise = reverse volume loss of hippocampus(responsible for memory)
