THE PROCESSING OF ALL EVENT LEVEL PAPERWORK.

MANAGERS TO EFFECTIVELY PLAN AND DEPLOY

THE TRAINEES WILL CONSIST OF
SECURITY SUPERVISORS THAT HAVE AT
LEAST 2 YEARS OF SUPERVISORY
TRAINING IN MULTIPLE VENUES AND
ENVIRONMENTS AND THAT HAVE
DEMONSTRATED STRONG LEADERSHIP
AND SUPERVISORY SKILLS.

TRAINEES MUST HAVE THE


RECOMMENDATION OF 3 FIELD
MANAGERS WITH 4 OR MORE
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AND THE
APPROVAL OF 1 ACCOUNT
MANAGER.

NOTE: THE FIRST CLASS WILL CONSIST OF 2-3 TRAINEES THAT WILL BE
SELECTED FOR A TRIAL RUN TO EVALUATE COURSE EFFECTIVENESS.
FUTURE COURSE WILL CONSIST OF 3-10 TRAINEES BASED ON NEEDS OF
THE COMPANY.

HOW LONG WILL THIS COURSE BE?


THE COURSE WILL TAKE PLACE OVER 3 DAYS CONSISTING OF 4 HOURS OF CLASSROOM TRAINING EACH
DAY AND WILL CONCLUDE WITH EACH TRAINEE PARTICIPATING IN A FIELD TRAINING EVALUATION AT A
FUTURE EVENT.

THE CLASSROOM TRAINING WILL BEGIN ON MARCH 9TH, 2016 AND WILL CONCLUDE ON MARCH 11TH,
2016.

THE FIELD TRAINING EVALUATION DATE AND LOCATION FOR EACH TRAINEE WILL BE COORDINATED BY THE
TRAINEE, TRAINING MANAGER, FIELD EVALUATION MANAGERS AND THE ACCOUNT MANAGERS.

WHO WILL CONDUCT THIS


COURSE?
THE COURSE WILL BE CONDUCTED BY A TRAINING MANAGER AND WILL
BE ASSISTED BY ANOTHER SUPERVISOR OR MANAGER THAT WILL
PROVIDE LOGISTICAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT.
THE FIELD EVALUATION WILL BE CONDUCTED BY AN EXPERIENCED FIELD
MANAGER WITH AT LEAST 4 YEARS OF SECURITY MANAGEMENT
EXPERIENCE OR AN ACCOUNT LEVEL MANAGER

DISCUSS WAYS THAT SECURITY COULD
HAVE BEEN IMPROVED.
TRAINEES WILL REVIEW POSSIBLE
EMERGENCY SITUATIONS AND
