 Write your obituary like the examples from the newspaper.


You may use them for guides. Your obituaries should be a
look into your future and a celebration of your life. They
MUST include:

 your date of birth (day, month, and year)


 who preceded you in death (who died before you)
 your date of death
 who survived you (family that is still living)
 your age when you died
 clubs, church, hobbies, etc.
 where you lived (can be many different places)
 schooling (high school, college)
 your parents
 accomplishments
 your own family(husband/wife/children/grandchildren/etc.)
 your job
 memorial service (think big – a concert in your honor, a
fundraiser to support a charity, a statue of you being
unveiled, your ashes being sent out into space in a
rocket... think up something awesome to celebrate your
life!)

YOU MUST BE BETWEEN 70 AND 120 YEARS OLD WHEN


YOU DIE, AND YOU MAY NOT INCLUDE YOUR CAUSE
OF DEATH

You can choose to marry celebrities, have any career you


choose, and live in any city that you would like. Make up the
