University of Toronto Faculty of Music. He is this year's recipient of the

Daniel Stainton Memorial Scholarship, given annually to a tenor in the opera
program. " Daevyd Pepper comes from Bracebridge Ontario, and enjoys
outdoor activities such as kayaking, fishing, camping and canoeing since
growing up in Muskoka. He played the saxophone for 8 years before his
voice was discovered and began study of singing at York University. He is
lead tenor at Eglinton-St. Georges United Church. We are pleased to
welcome him to share his gift with us at TUCT.
