COURSEDESCRIPTION
Anoverviewofthedevelopmentanddeliveryofdigitalresourcesfordistanceeducation.Discussion
coverstheintellectualpropertyissuesaffectingtheuseofcopyrightedworksindistanceeducation,
developinganddeliveringlibraryresourcesonlinetoafacultyandstudentpopulation,andthefutureof
digitalinformationdeliveryandtheimpactofdigitalrightsmanagement(DRM)technologiesandsocial
networking.

COURSEINTRODUCTION
Thisisa3creditgraduatecourse.
Thecourseconsistsofseveralunitsofstudy,coveredovera12weekterm.
Thelastdateforwithdrawalwithoutpenaltyinyourgradeis:November1,2013.
Studentsareencouragedtocontacttheirinstructorasneeded.
