Annotated Bibliography Checklist

I have a total of at least five (5) sources.


All of my sources are cited in accurate MLA format (including dates and publishers).
My sources are listed in alphabetical order.
I have planned and conducted primary research.
Survey:
I have at least 5 survey questions.
My survey includes questions about my topic and questions about the
participants.
My survey questions are close-ended (multiple choice).
My survey is published digitally.
I have collected at least 30 responses.
Interview:
I have permission to interview this expert and use their name.
I have at least 5 interview questions.
My interview questions are open-ended.
I have kept an accurate written or audio recording of the interview.
Observation:
I have permission to observe.
I have identified the concrete behaviors I will track.
I have kept an accurate written or digital record of these behaviors and
the time intervals and frequencies at which they occurred.
I have written an annotation (paragraph) for each of my sources, including my primary
research.
Each of my annotations (paragraphs) includes:
What type of source it is and where it was published or located. (Nature)
The main purpose, target audience, and central message of the source.
(Summary)
How Ive determined whether the author is credible or the source is biased.
(Credibility)
Whether the information is up to date/specific and if my topic requires
information that is up to date/specific. (Relevance)
What specific facts, data, statistics, or information I can use to support my claim
about improving school. (Contribution)
My annotated bibliography is formatted in exact MLA format, like the example on
OneNote.
