Microsoft is thrilled to support and amplify the work of Harvard

University's Professor David J. Malan by offering a 2.5-day complimen
workshop to dive deep into the new CS50 Computer Science Principl
course. A new introductory computer science course, Computer Scie
Principles is a year-long course for secondary students. This exciting
course is designed for all secondary students, with or without compu
science or programming experience and educators who have previou
taught computer science. Educator professional development
opportunities are available through Harvard Extension School and
Microsoft.

Like the groundbreaking Harvard course, CS50 Computer Science

Principles is built on same three pillars of rigor, accessibility and
community. This course, in partnership with Microsoft, provides all th
course curriculum, and projects to successfully complete and prepar
the AP exam. The training ensures that teachers are able to successf
deliver this new course in the upcoming school year.
