CONCLUSION

There are 6 characteristic of developed


eucalyptus oil agro-industrial area in Buru

There were also 2 planning group that was


given to the 6 developed clusters based
on the development roadmap of
eucalyptus agro-industry, those were
factor driven and capital driven.

Training by BLK (Vocational Training


Center) was necessarily needed for the
worker in order to apply the latest
invention and technique to maximize the
eucalyptus oil production (especially to
achieve the Capital Driven Phase)
