Ricarda, is continually on-time (if not early) to ensure tasks are complete, exhibits exuberant attendance,
notifies Jacqueline Brown whenever changes to her schedule arise. Ricarda, has experienced lots of changes
this year. Throughout, she has been supportive, seeks to understand when necessary, offers suggestions and
always looks for solutions. Ricarda has proven to be extremely flexible, results driven, follows through, and
completes all work tasks assigned. Ricarda will continue to develop her values and guiding principles and
will actively participate in learning opportunities along her journey.

1. Quality of Work
Performance meets standard when an employee:
a. Has a working knowledge of all areas of responsibility.
b. Accepts responsibility, follow directions of supervisor, works without close supervision,
and provides necessary leadership.
c. Executes assignments to completion.
d. Takes pride in all work and strives to improve.
2. Productivity
Performance meets standard when the following conditions exist:
a. Produces desired results with the least effort, expense and time.
b. The work schedule is followed and completed, deadlines are met, and remaining
unscheduled time is used effectively.
c. Break times are held to contract provisions.
d. Assistance is offered in other areas when needed.
e. Cooperation is extended when work beyond schedule is required.
3. Reliability and Punctuality
Performance meets standard when the following conditions exist:
a. Employee knows and understands the standards of performance.
b. Employee consistently reports to work on time and remains on task until all assignments
are completed.
c. Attendance is regular, and in case of absence, supervisor is notified immediately as to the
nature of the leave.
d. Employee notifies employer of changes in address and phone number, etc.

a. Is self-reliant and capable of independent action.
b. Is alert to changing conditions and opportunities.
