Course Description
This ESL course aims to develop clients speaking proficiency level in English for improved TOEFL test results while fine-tuning
American English pronunciation and general conversation skills.
Goals & Objectives
The primary goal is to improve the clients English oral communication skills for the TOEFL examination, pronunciation of American
English, and ability to effectively communicate in academic settings.

Student will develop speaking skills specific to TOEFL style tasks in order to improve TOEFL speaking score from
initial diagnostic assessment
Student will use recordings, instructors voice, and training videos to improve American English pronunciation skills
Student will use notes on observations of TV shows, movies, radio shows and/or live conversations to discuss with
instructor uses of American idioms and phrases to increase ability to understand and utilize colloquial expressions
