CONCLUSION

Fromtheexperiment,theexaminationandobservationthroughmicroscoperesultedtothe
footageandthreemorphologyofmicroorganismwhichcapabletogrowinfoodviewedin
result . This experiment successfully allow the experimenter to familiarize to the
components,functions,andallfeaturesofmicroscopeandgainedusefulmicroscopyskills
suchaswetmountslidesandadjustingtogetthepropermagnificationforviewing. The
experiment also granted the experimenter to observe the characteristic features such as
shape,size,colourandlocomotionofmicroorganisms(bacteria lactobacillus,yeast
SaccromycesCerevisieandmoldsAspergillusNiger).Intheend,wecanrecognizethe
microorganismsand fluentlycandothedrawingmicroscopicobservationsproperlythen
simplyconcludethatthesporeswhichreleasearoundthehyphaeofmould(AspergillusNiger
,SaccharomycescerevisiaehavethestructurewiththeovalroundbudandtheLactobacillus
withbendrodshapedstructure.
