About Problems
The company has been facing the problem of increasing job dissatisfaction
level at the employees end and the dip in the business prospects in recent
times. Employee morale has been reduced as a result they are not able to
understand the clients perspective Quality of Services and their exact
requirements and expectations. Though, there have been many reasons for
the drop in business, lack of job satisfaction of employees appears to be
one of the key reasons. The turnover has dropped from last year. Their
manpower turn over has too increased over the last year.

Why is the Particular Topic Chosen


I am pursing MBA in HR and have been observing that the evaluation of the
employee job satisfaction level is very important because a happy worker is
a productive worker. Employees attitudes are of utmost important to
management because they affect organizational behavior in particular,
attitudes relating to job satisfaction which are of major interest.

What contribution would the project make and to whom


This Project would help the business in the following areas:

Increase Employee Focus

Better utilization of Resources

Improved Employee Communication
