Registration and monthly contributions
2.1.1 Npo will be registered with social development and
accompanying documents are the constitution, preamble, id copies.
2.1.3 Sista Mpho asked to be excused from being the company
treasure citing the reasons that she is the company accounting officer
and as such it is not ethical. She also suggested that we open a bank
account, which is was agreed upon that it will be opened as soon as
the npo is registered.
2.1.3.1 Sis Thobile suggested that we should try and bring
professionals for posts that need to be filled
2.1.4 Ras Thabo suggested that we have a three year program for
our works
2..1.5 Monthly contributions R100, as we move and our needs arises
also the contributions will rise.

Ras Aviwe Menelik stated that he is also part of the circle called Indlu
Emnyama. Its objective focusing on economic and cultural
development of Afrikan people

Next meeting, we muts look at strategic alliance with other organizations like
indlu emnyama.
