    We have received reports from our staff and/or Police Services regarding your
    involvement in an alleged incident on 2/17/15, at Rawls Hall. Your
    involvement may be a breach of the terms and conditions of your Housing
    Contract with Residence Life and Dining Services and the policies contained
    in the Residence Life and Dining Services Brochure.
    This incident may also be a violation of the Code of Student Rights and
    Responsibilities. The office of Judicial and Ethical programs will review the
    same reports and may contact you regarding the incident. Please
    understand that your contract for housing and the code of student conduct
    are separate agreements and that each office has its own process for
    determining responsibility and sanctioning.
    We are inviting you to meet with us to discuss the alleged incident so that
    you may help to clarify and provide additional information regarding what
    occurred. Please contact my office at 901-678-4634 or email me at
    sdanico@memphis.edu, to schedule an appointment to meet with me by
    Tuesday, March 3, 2015.
