OBJECTIVE
Upon graduating high school I plan to pursue my
aspirations in the medical field by studying to become a
Physical/Occupational Therapist. There are billions of
people in this world, and it is my hopes to help as many
people as I possibly can so they can live their life to the
fullest.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS/ACTIVITIES
Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Certified
Completed a two year course and earned my Sports Trainer Assistant
Certificate to help those with disabling injuries, and also give me much
need experience for my future as a Physical/Occupational Therapist.
Student of the Month
I showed my dedication, responsibility, integrity, and respect not only in
my education but in my everyday academic life, as well as served as an
exemplary peer for other to look up to.
National Academy of future Physicians and Medical Scientists Award
of Excellence
For outstanding grades, leadership potential, and determination to serve
humanity in the field of medicine.
Fifth Place at the Statewide ASU Language Fair Poster Contest
My friends and I banded together to present a dual language poster
project to represent our schools foreign language department.
Book Club
I participated in AJHS 2011 book club to share my deep passion for
reading with others
Spanish/World Language Club
During my Freshman, Sophomore, and Junior year of high school I help
Treasure, Vice President, and President of Spanish/World Language Club at
AJHS.
Interact (Rotary) Club
I want to give back to my community and through the AJHS Interact club I
can volunteer and rejuvenate the city of Apache Junction.
National Honor Society
As recognition for my exceptional grades and dedication to my
community, I can further help my peers and better the city through the
gift of service.
Culinary Club
Expand my baking and cooking knowledge while interacting with those

who are passionate about the culinary field.

Responsibility USA
Interact with others who are following Gods path as well as learn how to
bring others closer to God.

Gain valuable social skills, learned how to correctly handle hot foods, and
dealt with managing the days earnings.

Nurture and tend to calves, chickens, peacocks, turkeys, and bunnies.

Also helped with manual labor such as loading hay and restocking bags of
livestock feed.
I serve hot and ready food at a local airsoft arena concession stand, as
well as help the front deck as a cashier/salesman.
