    CK 1/3: Negative
    S-100: Negative
    SMA: Negative
    CD 68: Positive
    Ki67: High proliferative activity
    The ulcerated, raised spindle cell tumor is composed of
    pleomorphic spindle cells positive for CD68, but negative for CK AE
    1/3, A-100, MART-1 and SMA.

    Ki 67 stain shows high proliferative activity.

    AFX is considered a superficial variant of malignant fibrous


    histiocytoma (MFH) with favorabe prognosis than that of a deep soft
    tissue MFH.
