The program will run from Monday to Friday. The program is for children aged 5-12
years only. Activity times are strictly 9.00am - 4.00pm. Please be on time.*Payment is
DUE before program commences, children will need to be booked in and pre-paid
to secure a spot on the holiday program. (Max 30 per day)* As with previous holiday
programs the attendance on excursions is on a first come first served basis. All extra
children will be placed on a waiting list and accommodated if at all possible. Unless
otherwise stated, children should bring a cut lunch and a large drink. Please pay
particular attention to the needs that are required for each excursion and ensure they
are met with accordingly. It is COMPULSORY for all children attending the holiday
program to be members of the Bridgewater PCYC; this is an additional $10.00 which
covers the child until the end of the year. All registrations are to be done prior to the
commencement of the holiday program.

BEHAVIOR POLICY
The code of behavior document allows us to refuse care for children displaying
unacceptable behavior and to call parents in to take the child home. Please ensure to
tell staff if your child/children require medication throughout the day. A confidential
journal is kept at the club when medication is given, stating at what time medication was
given and witnessed and co signed by another worker. Children who display
unacceptable behavior will not be able to take part in activities at the Centre. This is for
the safety and comfort of the staff and children. Appropriate notification will be given to
parents. Enrolment forms with emergency contact numbers must be filed in prior to the
child taking part in an activity. The Bridgewater Police & Community Youth Club will not
be responsible for any personal items brought on the Holiday Program. Children
bringing items do so at their own risk.

APRIL 2016 HOLIDAY PROGRAM

Monday 11/04/16- Woodys Skate N Play
Do you enjoy riding your scooter or skating in your roller blades then this day is for you, you can
bring your own scooter/rollerblaes and see if you can win a prize in the limbo competitions.
Cost: $20.00 Need: Packed lunch and drink, a hat, helmet, SOCKS if your child/ren doesnt have
socks they will be unable to participate in the activity.

Tuesday 12/04/16- Huonville PCYC

Day down the Huon at the local PCYC playing with your friends in the fun factory.
Cost: $20.00

Need: Packed lunch, drink and a hat, SOCKS if your child/ren doesnt have socks they

will be unable to participate in the activity.

Wednesday 13/04/16- Bowling
See if you can beat your friends and see how many strikes you can get at AMF Bowling, along
with enjoying either a hotdog or nuggets and a fruit box.
Cost: $20.00

Need: A hat, packed lunch and drink & SOCKS if your child/ren doesnt have socks

they will be unable to participate in the activity.

Thursday 14/04/16- Mini Golf

A great day at Putters Adventure Golf, come along with your friends and see how many hole in ones you
can get!
Cost: $20.00 Need: Packed lunch, a drink and hat

Friday 15/04/16- Aquatic Centre

A fun day at the Aquatic Centre where you and your friends can have a go on the massive blow up slide
in the diving pool and see if you can complete the blow up obstacle without getting squirted by the Staff of
the Aquatic Centre.
Cost: $20.00 Need: Packed lunch, a drink and hat, towel, bathers, change of clothes

Monday 18/04/16- PCYC, Park & Pizza Day

Day out with your friends at a nice park and coming back to PCYC for a movie and some pizza!
Cost: $20.00 Need: Packed lunch and drink, hat

Tuesday 19/04/16- Zone 3

Fun day playing 3 games of laser tag with your friends at Zone 3
Cost: $20.00 Need: Packed lunch & drink, a hat

Wednesday 20/04/16- Nicole Rosson Dance

Have fun dancing with your friends and learning the basic techniques followed by a visit to Tynwald park
for a BBQ lunch.
Cost: $20.00 Need: A hat, packed lunch and drink, BBQ provided

Thursday 15/04/16- Inflatable World

To finish the first week of the program a day at Inflatble World where you have a whole range of different
inflatable equipment to use and get stuck to.
Cost: $20.00 Need: Packed lunch and drink, a hat & SOCKS if your child/ren doesnt have socks they
will be unable to participate in the activity.

Friday 22/04/16- Movies

To finish the two week school holiday program a visit to the Eastlands cinemas to watch the
latest childrens movie.
Cost: $20.00 + an additional $9.00 if you would like to purchase a combo Need: Packed lunch
and drink along with a hat
