In connection with this, we would like to request before your office a
copy of the following:
1. Minutes which includes the appearances of the parties.
2. Names of the complainants who personally appeared at the Barangay
confrontation.
3. In the absence of the minutes thereof, we request for a Certification
attesting that there was no minutes taken relative to the
abovementioned case and/or the non-appearance of the
complainants.
