Grace is not an excuse for weakness but the driving force of strength.

Nowadays, grace has been widely misused as a license for complacency. Every
time we fail to conform to Gods image with an intent to dwell in our incapacity to
change, we blame grace while we bask on the false affirmation of our selfimposed sense of emptiness which deceives us that there is nothing we can do. Yes,
there WAS nothing we can do apart from God and so came the grace of Jesus
which transported us into the other side of the timeline THE PRESENT, when grace
is supposed to take its full effect when the death of Jesus must have already
conquered our incapacity to defeat the reign of sin in our lives.
My friends, those who use grace as an excuse for weakness are denying the
competence of Jesus to regenerate the dead self into a powerful vessel of truth. This
response to grace deceives us to dwell in the past condition of human depravity,
invalidating what the death and resurrection of Christ hopes to achieve. THIS IS
BLASPHEMY.
Yes, the grace of God must cause us to humble ourselves upon realizing that we are
all equally unfit before a holy God. And in humility, it must be our most reverent
response to owe our lives to Him alone, to walk worthy of His calling and yield our
bodies as an instrument of change where Gods power can be demonstrated for the
purpose of advancing His kingdom.
- CNA Elias
But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace to me was not without
effect. No, I worked harder than all of them--yet not I, but the grace of God that was
with me. 1 Corinthians 15:10
What shall we say, then? Shall we go on sinning so that grace may increase? 2 By
no means! We are those who have died to sin; how can we live in it any longer?
Romans 6:1-2
