NARRATIVE:

On 3-26-2016 the defendant ROGER GENE HULSEY entered Lowes Home Improvement
through the Garden Center and made his way to the Chain Saw display. HULSEY then
selected a Husqvarna 450 valued at $408.00 dollars from the shelf, passed all points of
sale and exited the store without paying. Officers made contact with HULSEY on Wiscon
Rd as he approached Horse lake Rd. Subsequent check of ROGER GENE HULSEYs name
and date of birth revealed the aforementioned active Hernando County Warrant. ROGER
GENE HULSEY was arrested and transported to the Hernando County jail without
incident. The chain saw was returned to Lowes. ROGER GENE HULSEY is being held on a
$2,000 bond for Grand Theft and a $5,000 bond for Fraud.
