SHIRODHARA
Shirodhara is an Ayurvedic therapy in which, after a massage on reflex points, a fluid stream pours on
the forehead. The name comes from the Sanskrit words shiro , that means head and dhara , that
means flow. The liquids used in Shirodhara , depending on what is treated, can include oil, milk, coconut

SPA Regulation
It is highly recommended that clients arrive at the SPA 30 minutes before the
scheduled appointment; more importantly any delays could compromise the duration of the treatment.
Children under 16 years of age that wish to receive a wellness or aesthetic treatment must be
accompanied by an adult.
In order to fully enjoy the treatments, the use of mobile phones is not allowed in the SPA.

It is advised to cancel a reservation at least 24 hours before the appointment by email or directly at the
SPA or the full cost of the treatment will be charged
Before using the SPA services we kindly ask you to view the specific rules and regulations of the above
