Leadership Styles
1. The style being used is autocratic. I feel this style would be the most
beneficial because the goal of a production line is to get as much product out
as quick as possible. The workers impute would just be time consuming and
not beneficial.

2. The style being used is democratic. I feel that a better style would be
autocratic. This would not allow for the crew to pick the easier faster way out,
and the jobs will get done properly.

3. The style being used is autocratic. This style is suitable for the situation as
the employees can start working immediately and there is no room for
mistakes and if mistakes are made the employee would be held accountable.

4. There is no style being use as there is no leader in this scenario. The style
that would best fit this situation is autocratic. As the employees have no
power over each other so if someone is doing something wrong, or not as
planned, no one has power over him/her to tell him/her otherwise. Having an
autocratic leader would insure that everyone is doing their job properly and
on the same page.

5. The style being used is democratic. I believe this is a good style to use as the
squad members know their strengths, weaknesses and what they have to
improve on in their upcoming field training exercises.

6. The style being used is democratic. I think this would be the most beneficial
style to use as all the employees come from different departments so they all
have different background knowledge and strengths.

7. The style being used is laissez-faire. This style is appropriate for the situation
as the employees can still contact their boss if there is any issues that need
to be addressed and the work can get started faster without their having to
be meetings.

8. The style being used is autocratic. This style is fitting for the situation as the
other employees are not affected by the outcome of the situation so, there is
no need for their input. The style laissez-faire would not be suitable because
leaving it up to the employee to correct himself can lead to further problems
where people get injured or materials and machinery gets broken if his
unsafe behavior persists.

9. The style being used is democratic. I feel this style would be suitable in this
situation as the employees have insider information about why the project is
not on track and can use their information to better the solution or create a
new one.

10.The style being used is autocratic and laissez-faire due to the manager
leaving the employees alone to do their job but also not allowing the
employees to participate in the decisions being made. I feel this style would
work but democratic would be more beneficial as they are aware of what they
need for the task and will know how much money they need for each part of
the project.

11.The style being used is autocratic. This is the best style to use as the
supervisor is not familiar with the company and the people that work in it and
he may make poor decisions based on that.
