Dear Madam,
I have the honor to tender my resignation as Staff a nurse from this
Hospital effective the close of business hours on April 30, 2016. I intend to go
fulltime for my Business at Baguio City.
I regret to leave this place which I consider as second Home. I wish to
thank you for giving me the opportunity of joining the nursing service of this
hospital. I also wish to thank the medical and nursing staff of the hospital for
enabling me to learn as much as I did and for their kind attitude towards me.
I have truly enjoyed my stay in the hospital. I hope that someday I
shall be given the same chance to serve it again.
