SUNY Plattsburgh—2008 Chancellors Award Finalist—The faculty nominates seniors who excel on
campus both academically but also through their extra curricular activates.

SUNY Plattsburgh– 2006-2008, SUNY Plattsburgh Softball Captain– I was nominated by teammates and
my coaching staff to be honored the role of Captain on our team as only a sophomore. I continued to be a
captain until I graduated in 2008.

SUNY Plattsburgh– 2005-2008, SAAC Vice President– I was nominated by fellow athletes and coaches
to represent the Student Athletic Advisory Committee as not only a member, but as the Vice President. I
was awarded the opportunity to attend a state wide conference in 2008.

SUNY Plattsburgh– 2008, New York State Coaching Certification– I was awarded a New York State
Coaching Certification following the completion of the required courses. This certification includes being
certified in basic first aid.

POSITIONS HELD
August 2009– Present, Director of Student Ambassadors and Graduate Assistant in the Alumni Affairs
Office, SUNY Plattsburgh
I plan events, facilitate meetings and interview new students for the highly selective student club, the
Student Ambassadors. I help plan and execute the many Alumni Affairs events.

June 2008– Present, Clerk, Albany Medical Center in Delmar, NY

I act as an office support staff, helping the Patient Billing Department with any tasks that need to be
completed.

Spring 2009– Assistant JV Softball Coach, Plattsburgh High School

I worked directly with the athletes during practices and games while working closely with the head
coach.

Fall 2008-Spring 2009, Child Care Taker/Nanny, Plattsburgh, NY

I was the nanny for two boys, five years old and three years old, on week nights and sometimes on
weekends.

December 2006– January 2008, Sales and Desk Associate, Ann Taylor in Crossgates Mall, Albany, NY
I worked with clients specializing in wardrobe and suit fitting. I had the responsibility of managing the
cash register during my shifts.
