Introduction:
This skill is usually used when the ball is traveling at a low speed or
stationary. Generally the underarm throw is performed from a close position to
the wickets, as it is a quick action with a quick release, it does not require
much power which would be obtained through an overarm action.

the increase of power and accuracy of the skill.

Attack the ball while keeping your body behind the ball
Stay low to the ground
Once the ball is in your hands, do a crow hop (gallop) to create momentum
