Dear Mayor Howard:

The Office of the Attorney General ("OAG") received a citizen complaint concerning the wrongful
exclusion of handgun license holders from the Tom Bean City Hall under section 411.209 of the
Government Code. While reviewing this complaint, the OAG received an email from the
complainant, David Schaab, stating that the sign has been removed, which Your Honor has
confirmed. Therefore, the OAG is closing this complaint.
