Pursuant to House Rule XA, clause 3(0X8(A) and Commitee Rule 17A, the Chairman and Ranking Member jointly Gecided on February 20, 2016, o extend the Committee's review of the matter. In order to {gather additional information necessary to complete its review, the Committee will review the ‘matter pursuant to Committee Rule 18(@).
